COMMUNITY WORKER PRESENTATION: MD POLICE RESCHEDULED – Tuesday, April 26th
Due to inclement weather we had to reschedule the community worker presentation. Members of the Maryland Transportation Authority police will be on our campus this Tuesday, April 26th to present their community service to all of our students. Units that will be represented include the Maryland Police K-9 unit and the Maryland Transportation Mobile Police Crime Lab which will be stationed in our courtyard for the day.
CALENDAR CHANGE
Please note our American Christian Honor Society chapel has been moved to Wednesday, May 4th at 2:00 pm in the church auditorium.
EARLY REGISTRATION FEE REMINDER
Early registration for next school year ends on April 30, 2022. A registration fee of $275 per child must be paid and the full online enrollment package must be submitted before your registration can be processed. If we do not have that fee and completed online packet by April 30, 2022 you will have missed the early registration fee deadline. All current families processed after April 30th will have to pay a fee of $325 per child as stated in your enrollment packet.
TRAFFIC CONTROL
Parents, please do not attempt to bypass the orange cones once they have been placed. If arriving after 8:14 am, please park out front and walk your child to the School Office. For afternoon dismissal, cars should not pull onto the back parking lot until 2:45 pm for the safety of students walking to the gym and/or School Office. Thank you.
EARLY DISMISSAL POLICY
Parents, if possible, please call the School Office or send in a note if your child will be signed out before the end of the school day. All visitors will need to come to the School Office and ring the doorbell and wait outside the gymnasium doors for assistance. Thank you.
SICK POLICY
According to our policy in the Student Handbook students who are ill or have a fever are not permitted to attend class and should not be brought to school. A child who wakes up with a fever and is given Tylenol is still a sick child. Please do not send your child to school within a 24 hour period of fever, vomiting or diarrhea. No student with a temperature of 100 degrees or above will be allowed to remain in school. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
